Italia Carson

I am delighted to join the #1 real estate team in Fairbanks and Alaska, which also ranks in the top-tier nationally for excellence in the industry! I promise to continue Madden’s unique brand of unmatched quality and professionalism by providing each Madden client 10 times the value of service ordinarily received at other brokerages. My goal is not just to provide my clients with successful real estate-buying experiences but to build positive and long-lasting relationships. I retired from the U.S. Army in 2015 after more than 27 years of service in the active and reserve components working in the areas of field artillery, intelligence, and military law. My diverse career included stateside assignments from coast-to-coast as well as two combat tours in Iraq, one in Afghanistan, and participation in three international exercises in the Republic of Korea. I also have been an active member of the Alaska Bar since 2001 focusing my legal career on contracts and fiscal law with a particular interest in real and intellectual property and environmental law.
I am a transplant from Oklahoma - The Sooner State; therefore, I’m a huge OKC Thunder fan (“Thunder Up”). As an “Arctic Sooner,” my hobbies include fishing, hiking, cycling, four-wheeling, gardening, and exercise and health. I also love travelling both at home and abroad, attending wine tastings, and visiting museums and art galleries.

I am an avid supporter of the arts and am amazed at the depth of talent we have in our community. As an amature cellist and guitarist, I enjoy attending music events whether it’s a performance by our own Fairbanks Symphony Orchestra or a concert by one of the famous rock, country, or blues artists Fairbanks easily attracts.
